BARACK OBAMA BUYS WIFE $30,000 “THANK YOU” RING

President elect Barack Obama has bought his wife a $30,000 ring for the presidential inauguration. The ring is reportedly Obama’s way of telling wife Michelle “thank you” for her support during the election.

The diamond-encrusted ring is reportedly made of black gold and rhodium (which at $4,000 an ounce is the world’s most expensive metal.) It is being made by Italian designer Giovanni Bosco.
