Any time you hear someone in Hollywood use the phrase “re-imagining” or “re-inventing” run for cover. The Cartoon Network has announced it is “re-inventing” itself. For starters, that means the network will no longer air only cartoons.
The Cartoon Network has announced 19 new projects. Less than half of those new programs will be animated. The new non-cartoon shows will start in 2009-10.
