BOSTON COLLEGE STAR LINEBACKER HAS CANCER

The 2008 ACC Defensive Player of the Year has cancer. Boston college football star Mark Herzlich revealed Thursday that he has Ewing’s Sarcoma, a cancer of the bone and soft tissue.

The linebacker was a finalist for the Butkus Award last season.
