BLAKE GRIFFIN
According to most experts, Oklahoma forward Blake Griffin is by far the top player in the upcoming NBA Draft. This weekend, Griffin worked out for the Los Angeles Clippers, who own the number one pick in the draft. The workout was variously described as “mind boggling” and “frightening” by a collection of NBA draft experts who witnessed it.
Yet, after the workout, Clippers coach/GM Mike Dunleavy was asked a routine “would-you-trade-the-top-pick?” question by the LA Times. Shockingly, Dunleavy didn’t rule out trading the pick.
According to Dunleavy, “You can never say never about anything.”
Actually, you can. The Clippers should NEVER consider trading Griffin.
