BEPPE BIGAZZI
Italian celebrity tv chef Beppe Bigazzi has been suspended indefinitely after going on public television and recommending his viewers eat stewed cat because it was a “succulent” dish. Bigazzi then gave a recipe for cat casserole during which he suggested the best kitty meat should be soaked in spring water for three days.
Bigazzi then revealed he had eaten cat and said it tasted “better than chicken, rabbit or pigeon.” Bibazzi said his native Tuscany is known for its cat meat.
