DYING NEW YORK TIMES FEATURES HARD, PENETRATING, DEEP PROBING ARTICLE ON THE DECLINING QUALITY OF PORN SCRIPTS

 59 SECONDS; v1102

NEW YORK TIMES FILM DIALOGUE EXPERT SAVANNA SAMSON

The Old Gray Lady is apparently into porn. In an article entitled “Lights, Camera, Lots of Action” the New York Times tackles the hard-hitting issue of the declining quality of pornography scripts.

In what previously may have qualified as a National Lampoon parody piece in years past, the Times does a serious interview with porn star Savanna Samson. Samson spends the entire article whining about the lack of “quality” porn scripts these days. She says internet porn has forced films to focus on action, action, action!

Sorry, but when your body of work includes films like “Ass Spelunking” , “Varsity Vagina” , “Where the Boys Aren’t 18”  , “Spanking and Our Gang”, and “Slit Happens” you’ve pretty much forfeited your rights to complain about QUALITY SCRIPTS. As has making 27 anal sex movies.

The only thing that’s even POSSIBLY more irritating than reading a 4,000 word article featuring a porn star complaining about her job, is doing so in the New York Times. In an effort to save their dying, soon-to-be -defunct newspaper, the Times tries to pass this idiotic topic off as a legitimate “news” story. Under the auspices of placing a Savanna Samson/porn article in its “Media & Advertising”section, the Times literally tries to foist off a porn story on its readers.

Maybe the Times should do an article on the declining quality of newspaper story ideas.
