ROETHLISBERGER ADMITS HAVING CONSENSUAL SEX WITH ANDREA MCNULTY

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger is countersuing the woman who accused him of rape. Roethlisberger’s lawyers have filed a 33-page lawsuit against Andrea McNulty.

The lawsuit addresses point-by-point all of the accusations in McNulty’s lawsuit filed in July. That lawsuit accuses Roethlisberger of sexually assaulting her. No criminal charges have been filed against the Steelers quarterback. Roethlisberger’s lawyers have been pounding away at McNulty’s accusations for months. They say the woman was under psychiatric care and actually bragged to her friends about having sex with Roethlisberger. According to witnesses, including co-workers, McNulty went so far as telling them she hoped she was pregnant with “a little Roethlisberger.”

For the first time, Roethlisberger’s camp admits the qb had sex with McNulty but emphasize “she acted voluntarily at all times.”
