JOE SMITH IS NOW THE MIKE MORGAN OF BASKETBALL

JOE SMITH

Former NBA number one pick Joe Smith has had more of a journeyman than a superstar basketball career. He recently made his debut with the Los Angeles Lakers. Smith has now played for a record-tying 12 teams. Only five other men in the history of American professional sports have played on 12 franchises. They iclude NBA players Tony Massenburg, Chucky Brown and Jim Jackson. Hockey player Mike Sillinger and baseball pitcher Mike Morgan also played with 12 teams.
